Welcome to Lease Option Mastery

By purchasing or accessing the program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Educational Purpose

Lease Option Mastery provides educational information, training, tools, and resources related to real estate investing and lease option strategies.

The program is designed to help students better understand how these strategies work and how to evaluate potential opportunities.

The training does not constitute personalized legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

Students are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and consulting qualified professionals when appropriate.

2. Course Enrollment and Access

Both Standard and Premium enrollment options provide 12 months of access beginning on the original purchase date.

During active enrollment, students may access the training materials, included tools, available resources, Private Community, monthly LIVE Creative Finance Q&A sessions, and available recordings.

Access is not represented as lifetime access.

Any new training materials or resources added during the active enrollment period may be made available as part of the program. Specific future additions are not guaranteed.

3. Standard and Premium Enrollment

Standard Enrollment — $497

Includes the complete Lease Option Mastery training program, the interactive Lease Option Calculator, applicable course resources, specialized training, community access, and monthly LIVE Creative Finance Q&A.

Premium Enrollment — $997

Includes everything in Standard, plus:

• One private 60-minute introductory call directly with Chris Goff.
• One personal deal review with Chris Goff.
• 90 days of direct course-related email support from Chris Goff.

Premium Benefit Limits

These Premium benefits are limited to the services specifically described above.

Premium enrollment does not include unlimited private coaching, unlimited deal reviews, or ongoing personal support beyond the stated period.

4. Personal Use of Training Materials

Training videos, written materials, calculators, worksheets, forms, graphics, and other course resources are provided for the enrolled student's authorized use.

Students may use applicable forms and templates for their own real estate investing activities, subject to any instructions or limitations accompanying those materials.

Students may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly publish, or commercially distribute the training content, calculator software, or proprietary educational materials without written permission.

Course login credentials may not be shared with others.

5. Real Estate Investing Risks

Real estate investing involves financial, legal, operational, and market risks.

Not every property is suitable for a lease option or other creative financing strategy. Lease option assignments and sandwich lease options may involve different responsibilities and risks.

Students are responsible for evaluating each transaction, verifying information, complying with applicable laws, and obtaining professional guidance when needed.

REIRemix does not guarantee that a student will complete a transaction, earn a profit, or achieve a particular financial result.

6. Calculator and Educational Tools

The Lease Option Calculator is intended to help students evaluate potential transactions based on information and assumptions they provide.

Calculator outputs are estimates and illustrations, not guarantees of actual financial performance.

Users should independently verify calculations, financing terms, property information, expenses, and legal requirements before entering into a transaction.

7. Community Participation

Students participating in the Private Community and LIVE Q&A sessions are expected to communicate respectfully and use shared information appropriately.

Community discussions and Q&A responses are educational in nature and should not be interpreted as individual professional advice.

8. Refunds

Lease Option Mastery purchases are covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Customers may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date, no questions asked.

9. Program Updates

REIRemix may update or improve training content, resources, and presentation methods over time.

Such updates do not extend the original 12-month access period unless explicitly stated.
